Can I pick up my passport in US Consulate Vancouver one day later than the stated day on my pick up ticket? I am not able to pick up my passport on Th, Can I pick it up on Fri instead? Or it has to be Th, no matter what?

You can pick up your passport on/after the day that is stated on your pick up ticket. So Fri is fine in your case.
